Performer Guidelines
What to Know Before Applying
- Performances are 5 minutes or less for each team. Please do not exceed your allotted time.
- Stage managed by Padmaja Srikaram, Tejal Shah & Nupur Sharma — they will be your point of contact on the day.
- Music must be submitted in advance as an MP3 file. Live music arrangements require prior approval.
- Costumes should be appropriate for all ages — this is a family festival.
- Performers are expected to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled slot for a sound check.
- All performers receive a certificate of participation on demand. Outstanding acts will be featured on our social media.
- Youth groups are especially encouraged — we love seeing the next generation celebrate Indian culture.
