We are growing each year and need dedicated volunteers at every step — from planning all the way through execution. Every role matters and every volunteer is valued.
Event Setup & Logistics
Help set up vendor spaces, stage, decorations, and signage before the festival opens. Early morning shift, done before the crowds arrive.
Welcome & Check-In
Be the first face attendees see — manage the main entrance, hand out programs, and guide people to activities.
Stage Support
Assist performers with entry and exit, manage backstage flow, coordinate with the stage management team.
Rangoli Competition
Set up the competition area, assist participants, distribute materials, and help judges with scoring.
Kids Activities
Supervise the painting competition and kids craft area — keeping things fun, safe, and running on schedule.
Social Media & Photography
Capture moments and share live updates across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok during the event.
