Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Outdoor, but the location at Centennial Plaza is surrounded by buildings with the stage at the center — so it's sheltered from wind while feeling open and festive.
What does the vendor fee include?
Space only. We do not provide tent, table, chair, or any other fixture. You are responsible for your own setup. Prices are listed at the end of the application form.
Is there electricity?
Power outlets are available on a shared basis. If you want to highlight your products with lighting, bring your own. No halogen or flood lights allowed.
Will my spot sell out?
Every year, all vendor spots have sold out. We had close to 12,000 people in 2024 and expect more in 2026. Apply early to secure your space.
What can I sell?
Clothing, jewelry, home decor, food, art, crafts, beauty products, and more. Check the form for any category restrictions. Food vendors have separate requirements.
